How do you ship?
Shipping is done via EMS speed post. It takes 10-17 days to reach the destination, depending on the country. Signature is required on delivery.
I'm from the country which is not listed among shipping country list, can you ship to me?
My tracking status says "customs retained" - is this normal?
Yes. All packages are automatically marked as customs as soon as they enter a new country. Wait for a few more days.
What is your refund policy?
If the meds are seized by customs, we offer a 100% refund. If the meds don't reach you because you provided a wrong address, or you refuse to sign for the package, or any other reason where we are not at fault, then no refunds are provided.
Is there a way to pay via PayPal or credit card?
Unfortunately no. We can only accept bitcoins for now.
Can you talk about your shipping methods? How long does shipping take?
Shipping for all the meds is free. Shipping is done via EMS speed post and takes 12-18 days for delivery. (Shipping takes this long because meds are shipped from India.) You will receive a tracking code that enables you to track the shipping online.
Note: Shipping requires a signature on delivery. (If you're not at home on time of delivery, you may have to go to your post office to collect it.)
Shipping is done within 3 days of receiving your order.
I'm not from USA, UK, or Australia. Will you be able to ship to me?
We ship to more than 100 countries.
We can't directly ship to the following countries because of strict customs: Canada, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, UAE.
Do you offer a refund if I don't receive the meds?
If for some reason, the meds get seized by customs, we will issue a 100% refund to you. So order with confidence!

Note: we don't give a refund if you provide a wrong mailing address, or if you or someone at your place declines to sign for the package during delivery, or if the receptionist in your apartment complex steals your meds (its happened before), or if you use a 3rd party mail forwarding company who opens your package and refuses to forward meds, or any other reason that is not our fault.
